Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions are applicable in cases where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with the same. The Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act are applicable.

If the customer is under 18, the guardian's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is made. All attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

All prices at include value added tax (25%, within the EU). We retain the right to change the prices of all products in our assortment at any time. The price set for the product at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your purchase. Providing for possible erroneous prices. If any price is erroneously shown, we will notify you for approval before sending the order to you.

Payment options

-KLARNA Checkout for Private consumer/Companies (within Sweden)
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that can be offered to you. Klarna manages the payment transaction, while the purchase of the item or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.
Current payment options available through KLARNA Checkout are invoice, part payment, card payment or bank payment. Klarna Checkout complies with PCI DSS and complies with the rules applicable to card payment over the internet. Klarna Checkout also holds SSL Certificates to ensure the safety of you as a customer when you choose this payment option
When you pay via KLARNA and choose invoice you are safe and it's easy. You never need to enter your card details, and always pay after you have received your goods.

If payment is not received, a reminder fee of 50.00 SEK plus interest on late payment of 26.00% will be added.

 - PayPal/Payson

You can pay through PayPal/Payson using a credit card or use an Internet bank via a payment link that is displayed after you place your order. Find more information about PayPal at PayPal complies with PCI DSS and follows the regulations that apply for card payments via Internet. PayPal also has an SSL certificate that guarantees security for you as customer when you use this payment alternative.

Packages not collected
If the customer does not pick up his goods from the post office, we charge the customer 395 SEK through Klarna AB to cover our costs.

Delivery times
For items in stock, our delivery times are 1-8 working days depending on the shipping method. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to exchange an item to equivalent/better quality without affecting the price the customer has confirmed or alternatively delete items from order, of course with price deductions for the deleted items. If a customer wishes to order another item or the same item, this is considered to be a new order. In the event that delivery is delayed in such a way that the buyer no longer wishes to receive the order, it is at the buyer's responsibility that these orders are canceled in accordance with these terms of purchase before order execution takes effect. Partial delivery of ordered items will only be done at the customer's request and will incur additional shipping costs for the customer.

All deliveries are made with Postnord AB. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address provided to us at the time of purchase is correct. We ship worldwide. We do not offer home delivery.

Change of order
Customers are entitled to change the order, before it has been dispatched, without charge for this other than price difference. When changing an item on an order, the price applicable at the time of the change applies. Note that orders already dispatched can not, for obvious reasons, be changed.

Cancellation of orders is possible at no cost to the customer until the order has been dispatched. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. The customer is obliged to receive/collect the shipment if it has been dispatched. Cancellation of non-stock items that is purchased specifically for the customer is not possible after we ordered the same product from our supplier. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from us.

Return Policy
You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, according to the Distance Contract Act. To request a right of withdrawal under the Distance Contract Law, contact us at for return instructions. We only accept returns where the products are unused and the product packaging is unopened. The shipping cost to return the order to us is paid by the customer. Returned products should be returned packaged according to our recommendations. For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of hair extensions where the package has been opened.

If a product is incorrect, you should make your claim to within a reasonable time, and also return the product. You should check every product thoroughly when you receive your order to be sure there are no faults.

We reserve the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in case identical items are not available at the time of action of returned goods. For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of hair extensions where the package has been opened and the hair has been removed. Return of non-stock item which is purchased specifically for a customer is not possible.

We reserve the right to print errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all of our product descriptions and web pages. All images on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we can not guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance.

Text messages
The mobile phone number you enter at the checkout can be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communications related to your order.

Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, extinct circumstances, and a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered agreements and assertions on our part, which means that we may not implement this agreement/commitment, shall make grounds for our release from our obligations of this agreement.
